Rodolfo Franchi

Photographer

Rodolfo Franchi developed a passion for photography in his teens, and began to compose his first portraits and photographic reports. Naturally, he trained at the CE3P school of photography and image techniques in Paris. In particular, he discovered the beauty of black and white prints.

After professional training, Rodolfo set up his own photography studio where he has been shooting still life for corporate and private clients for several decades. At the same time, he has never stopped building his artistic photographic series. Rodolfo Franchi's work can be found in private collections in France.

Urban Colors

The "urban colors" photo series reflects our urban environment, where I emphasize the beauty and even humor that nature and humanity manage to combine.
We often associate the city with concrete, grayness and gloom, but sometimes all it takes is a detail, a colorful element or a patch of blue sky to make the landscape more cheerful.

Unlikely Encounters

During a family legacy, the relocation of objects that had been in the home for several decades raised questions about the different lives of the objects that surround us.
The “Unlikely Encounters” photographic series features everyday objects in sometimes incongruous postures, to give them new energy before their next destiny.

Windows

During the different lock-downs in France, I looked at the value of our world as seen from our windows. I realized that they could separate us, protect us, enclose us or even make us dream. This series highlights the importance of windows in our society, as each interpretation differs according to our paradigms.
